CBSE introduces a new paper pattern for term 2 examinations for classes 10 and 12 that is to be released in January 2022. Two types of sample papers are being prepared in which one type is 100% subjective and the other is 100% objective.
The subjective paper is likely to have 2-5 marks questions only for all the main subjects and a question bank is made available for the students to prepare them for the term 2 examinations that cover term 2 NCERT-focused objective and subjective questions.
CBSE has partnered with the British Council to produce competency-based education and term 2 will have new questions that assess critical thinking and conceptual clarity.
A training program will be conducted by CBSE for all the teachers to help them understand the CBE pattern. Students must also be keen on both the objective and subjective learning and focus of the classroom lectures of the teachers.
