- The College is placed on a sprawling expanse of 2.1 acres with more than 3500 students and 150 staff members. It consists of Computer labs which are fully equipped with systems and latest software, Wireless networking to access the internet and multimedia facility, Electronics lab which has the microprocessor and logic circuit kits, Lab with laptops for Online tests, Workshops, Placement drives and Psychometric assessments, Media Labs equipped with state-of-the-art studio facilities and ID & D lab to explore designing and creative skills.
- Shasun College is equipped with a fully air-conditioned Library where the students get information for taking part in debates, giving lectures and writing for a magazine. The Library has nearly 19 thousand books, 45 Journals, 17 Magazines, 10 CD & DVD, 1900 Reference Books and 9 Newspapers. It also comprises various e-resources consisting of 97000 e-books, 6000 e-journals, newspapers, magazines, dissertations, etc. The Library also extends services such as Circulation, Current awareness, Institution Membership, Wi-Fi, Clipping service, Previous year University Exam Question Papers, etc.
- Clubs and Forums such as Yuva Shakthi Club, Red Ribbon Club, Rotaract Club, Leo Club, Sail Club, Youth Red Cross Club, AIESEC, SHE Cell, Heritage Club, Humour Club, ENACTUS, Village Adoption, etc. are facilitated for the Welfare of the students.
- Shasun Alliance with Industry, a forum that strengthens the relationship between the institution and industry; Shasun Knowledge Centre which promotes the research interests and academic performance of the teachers; Shasun Shakti Cell where students are given a platform to showcase their talents in cultural fests and competitions and SANKALP which provides Certificate, Value Added and Skills-based courses for students are other centres established for the benefit of the students.
- The College also consists of a counselling cell to provide assistance and help to students in need to promote mental health. The counselling cell also offers awareness programs to understand the issues faced by the students and methods to manage them.
- The campus is equipped with a large dining hall with a kitchen attached and a Coffee Day kiosk. Students get food at subsidised rates. The college is also equipped with a full-time clinic which is manned by a nurse from Apollo hospital to take care of any medical emergency.

- Shasun College provides opportunities for the students in sports by providing infrastructure for all the indoor and outdoor games. The students play Cricket, Football, Hockey, Volleyball, Kho – Kho, Chess, Silambam, Carom, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Karate, Aerobics, and Gymnastics.
