The School of Open Learning is equipped with a library that serves as a knowledge resource centre which consists of a variety of print and digital resources related to the streams of the courses offered by itself. The library consists of a collection of Textbooks, Periodicals, Journals, magazines, newspapers and Audio content-visually impaired along with various E-Resources such as E-Books and E-Journals. The Library also extends services such as Book Bank, Lending and Circulation, Reference Services and many more.

The School of Open Learning offers various scholarships such as India Post Graduate Scholarships, University Postgraduate Scholarships, National Scholarship and DSE Merit for deserving students who are meritorious and hail from an economically backward class. Underprivileged students who are deprived of books can freely carry them from Book Bank.

Thus, to mitigate this issue, the School of Open Learning has launched a new initiative known as the Entrepreneurship Cell which acts as the Incubator and Accelerator Centre of Excellence.
