Revision of the IELTS exam fee structure 2023
The new IELTS exam fee structure for 2023 has been revised by IDP IELTS India which will be applicable from April 1, 2023. Depending on the type of IELTS exam that the candidate wishes to take up, the test fee will be collected. For both the IELTS Academic and General Training tests, the fees have been increased from INR 15,550 to INR 16,250.
As for the IELTS Life Skills (A1 and B1), the test fee remains the same at INR 15,350. For Computer-delivered IELTS for UKVI and IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration, the exam fee is INR 16,500. For Computer-delivered and Pen and Paper based IELTS, the exam fee is INR 16,250. However, with time, the fees may be subject to change.
Examination Fee Payment Method
Using a credit card, debit card or net banking, the IELTS exam fee can be paid. Also, a demand draft can be drawn in favor of “IDP EDUCATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Payable at New Delhi” from a list of approved banks in order to pay for IELTS. From ICICI/ HDFC bank branches, the fees can be deposited in the form of cash.
