The registration process will begin for the Common University Entrance Test-Undergraduate (CUET UG 2023) tonight, i.e., February 9, 2023. The process will be initiated by the National Testing Agency. The dates for conducting the second edition of the CUET-UG will be from May 21 to May 31, 2023.

The Chairman of the University Grants Commission announced on Twitter that the Online Submission of Application Forms for the Common University Entrance Test for Admission to Undergraduate Programs will commence tonight. Students can submit the applications until 12 March 2023.
The examination will be conducted in three shifts on multiple days. The slot of the candidates will depend on the number of Candidates and choices of their subjects. By July 2023, the undergraduate admission process will be completed in universities. Therefore, the new academic session will begin on August 1, 2023.
Admissions Through CUET UG 2023
Around 90 participating universities in the CUET UG 2023, this year will offer admissions to UG programs through CUET examination scores. Before applying for the entrance examination, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria that are assigned by the CUET-participating universities in 2023.
The students will be provided seats on the basis of their cut-off marks of various programs and colleges in CUET 2023 participating universities. Below is a list of participating central universities, state universities and deemed universities.

CUET UG Application Form – Procedure of Filling the Form
The application process for CUET UG – 2023 is entirely conducted in online mode. The process includes uploading scanned images and documents and payment of fees. Students must then print the Confirmation Page for their future reference.
Candidates must first visit the official website of the Common University Entrance Test-Undergraduate (CUET UG). The websites include cuet.samarth.ac.in and nta.ac.in. They must then look for the registration link and register themselves on the portal by providing their basic details such as Name, Address, Phone Numbers, Email IDs, etc.
Then, the candidates must then fill up the application form and upload the necessary documents such as their mark sheets, proof of address, etc. Following this, the candidates must pay their application fee and submit the application form through the official website. Medium of Examination of CUET UG 2023
Other than the language test, all other subjects are offered in 13 languages. The language mediums include Assamese, English, Bengali, Hindi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Kannada, Odiya, Marathi, Tamil, Punjabi, Telugu and Urdu.

The examination pattern of CUET UG 2023 will be Objective type by way of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Required Documents on the Process of Registration
- Candidates must upload their Scanned Passport size Photographs
- They must then upload a scanned image of their Signature
- Candidates must then upload their Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
- They must submit their Identity Proof such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License
- They are also required to submit their Caste Certificate (if applicable)
