The registration deadline for the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2023 will be extended by the National Testing Agency (NTA) soon. In order to apply for the PG entrance exam, CUET PG 2023 candidates will be given time till 9:50 pm on May 5. Candidates can visit the official website cuet.nta.nic.in to fill out their application form. Candidates can pay their online fee till May 5 at 11:50 pm. From May 6 to May 8, the correction window will be open. The CUET PG portal will soon display the dates of downloading of admit cards and declaration of results.
The reason behind extending the CUET PG 2023 Registration date
The registration date has been extended due to the fact that several universities joined the CUET PG exam after the commencement of the registration process. This will ensure that students are given more options to choose courses/ institutions/ autonomous colleges from all over the country.
Students who have already submitted their application can add more subjects/ courses/ universities/ institutions/ autonomous colleges and organisations if they wish to. Candidates can also replace/ remove the subjects/ tests that they have chosen earlier. However, an additional fee must be paid by the candidates for selecting more subjects. Moreover, the fee once paid will not be refunded.
Only one CUET PG application can be filled by the candidates. Strict action will be taken against anyone found with more than one application number, even if found at a later stage. According to the data released by the UGC Chief, a total of 177 universities are participating this year in CUET PG 2023.
