Delhi University began the academic session on November 2 after finalising the second allotment result.
Over 11,600 candidates who were allotted seats in the first round of admission to Delhi University have got an upgradation in the second merit list. They were upgraded to their preferred college and courses.
Over 8,133 new aspirants have also been allotted seats in Delhi University colleges. 33,739 aspirants had applied for the upgradation of their seats. Out of this, 34 per cent, i.e., 11,649 have been awarded college and course of their preference.
The second round of allocation is underway. Nearly, 59,100 candidates secured admissions in the first round of Delhi University\’s seat allocations. In the first round, 15,398 candidates froze their seats. This year, admissions are conducted through CUET.
CSAS admission is being conducted in three phases. It includes submission of the application form, selection of programmes and preferences, and seat allocation.
