- The official data has stated that nearly 1.21 lakh students have secured admission to the School of Open Learning Delhi University. Last year, the numbers were less and only 1 lakh students had secured admission to DU SOL.
- The data states that 1.21 lakh students have paid the fees while nearly 1.91 lakh students registered for admissions. The dates for applying to SOL might be extended but it might take some time to issue the notification as the university has to take approval from the Distance Education Bureau.
- The SOL follows a choice-based credit system just like the other colleges and students have the option of migrating to or from other regular colleges to SOL. Students can make use of the chatbot that has been launched to answer their queries during office hours.
