More than 2000 students having a percentage between 90% and 100% in Class 12 have applied to the School of Open Learning. The admission process started on October 22 as per the official report. Out of all the students, 427 have secured between 95 and 100% and a maximum number of students have applied for BCom (Honours). As per the data shared by the SOL, more than 55,000 students have secured admission by paying fees and they have received around 1.3 lakh applications as of now.
The last date for the submission of applications is December 15 and the maximum number of students who are applying for admissions have scored above 65% while there are only a few who have scored less than 60%.
The data says that the number of students who have scored above 90% in the board exams is 140 for BA (Hons.) English, 300 for Political Science (Hons.), 611 for BA program, 560 for B.Com & 950 for BCom (Hons.).There are only 19 students who have scored more than 95% in Class 12 and have applied for admission to BA (Hons.) English, 40 for Political Science (Hons.), 54 for BA program, 131 for B.Com & 177 for BCom (Hons.).
