- The authorities of the Maharashtra Board stated that the exams for classes 10 and 12 for the February-March session will be conducted as per schedule. The Oral exams, practical exams and internal assessments can be conducted by the schools as per their schedule and depending on the situation before the exam, the decision will be made.
- According to the timetable released by the board, the HSC exams will begin from March 4 and the SSC exams will begin from March 15. Nearly 32 lakh students will be appearing for Maharashtra state board exams from classes 10 and 12.
- The practical exams along with the oral examination will begin on February 14. Due to the demand of the students in reducing the difficulty level of the exams, 25% of the syllabus was reduced. The state board has resorted to the final board exam method for assessment.
