- M.A. Journalism and Mass Communication online program was launched by the Indira Gandhi National Open University on January 14. The program will be available for all international students and the admission cycle will be starting from January 2022.
- The Vice-Chancellor stated that the online program encompasses all the core areas of journalism and mass communication and is futuristic. Currently, the program is launched in English and IGNOU has informed that it will launch the program in regional languages also.
