The Indira Gandhi National Open University, School of Humanities will be offering B.A. Honours program in Sanskrit and Urdu from January 2022 admission session. Students who are interested can register for these programs on the official website ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
Addressing the launch of the two courses, the Vice-Chancellor of IGNOU said that the amalgamation of the languages makes our culture unique and also touched on the scientific structure of Sanskrit and its connection with Indian culture since Vedic times.
The re-registration for the January session is ending on January 31 and students who have not yet registered for their desired courses in the undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate, diploma, postgraduate certificate and postgraduate diploma level can register for the courses on the official website ignou.ac.in.
