The Indian overseas education market will grow. Over two million Indian students will be flying out by 2025. They will be spending over $100 billion on their international education. Thus, the sector will see a huge rise in demand for innovative products and services.
42 per cent of Indians are open to destinations that don\’t have English as their first language. Indian students are widening their choices and are becoming more flexible in their preferences. However, students consider factors such as university ranking, cost of living and scholarships.
Moreover, Over 62 per cent of Indians prefer educational loans. 53 per cent prefer scholarships. The preference for educational loans is expected to boost the study abroad loan market. In the survey, 60 per cent were men and 39 per cent were women.
