As the results for Class 12 has been released, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University of Delhi has started the process of admission for the undergraduate courses.
The Admission for the Undergraduate Courses has started from the 12th of July, 2021 and will go on until the 1st of September, 2021 in online mode. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their academic performance in the qualifying examinations.
Nearly six Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Admissions 2021 lists are released for the Undergraduate Programs to intimate the candidates of their selection. The candidates who are listed are required to verify their documents through the University’s admission portal.
The Basic eligibility criteria for the Undergraduate courses in Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University is that the candidate must have passed the 12th standard with a minimum of 50 per cent and the eligibility criteria for Postgraduate courses is that the candidate must have passed bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 45 per cent.
The Candidates who wish to apply for Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University should check the eligibility criteria before filling the application forms. However, for the reserved categories, some numbers of seats are reserved and there is a relaxation in the minimum pass percentage.
The Admissions for Postgraduate programs will be released at the end of July and candidates who wish to take up Postgraduate Courses are required to appear in an entrance examination in the online mode that will be conducted for 2 hours. The admit card for the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University entrance examinations will be issued to the candidates in August.
In order to get acquainted with the entrance examination for the Postgraduate courses, the students are facilitated with an online mock test on the official website of the University. Students who have passed the entrance examination will be intimated through the admission lists online.
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University offers 67 courses in total and the total number of seats is 1953. However, the number of seats for Undergraduate courses is 147. Candidates can fill the application form in the admission portal of the University. Students are required to enter an active mobile number and email ID in the application form to enable the admission authorities to communicate with them.
Candidates are required to have the necessary documents that include Class 10th mark sheet, Class 12th mark sheet, last qualifying exam mark sheet, valid mobile number and e-mail ID, scanned copy of candidates’ signature and passport size photograph, Banking details and the scanned copies of candidate’s identity, residence, birth and category certificate.
