- Delhi University released the guidelines that the students who have opted for offline mode for exams can give OBE at home. The exams are going to start on November 30th and the students who opted for online exams won’t be having the liberty to choose the physical mode of exams. The last date to fill up the exam forms is November 18. The guidelines released by the officials stated that the colleges should upload the Phone numbers and email IDs of the officers on the college website so that students can reach them in case of any query during the exams.
