City Intimation Slip released for exams from May 29 onwards - CUET UG 2023

Most importantly, the candidates must not treat the city intimation slip as the admit card as the NTA will release the admit cards at a later stage. Recently, the NTA postponed the CUET UG 2023 that was to be held in Jammu and Kashmir. From May 26 onwards, the exam will now be conducted. In order to facilitate the needs of the students of Jammu and Kashmir, this move was taken. The possibility of creating temporary centres in Kashmir was being explored by the NTA. From Jammu and Kashmir, a total of 87,309 students registered for CUET UG 2023.

The city intimation slips for the remaining Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate 2023 (CUET UG 2023) were released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on their official website. The CUET intimation slip can be downloaded by the students who have applied for the CUET 2023 exams from the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in.

For the exams that are to be conducted on May 29, 30, 31, June 1 and 2, the city intimation slip has been released. Using their application number and date of birth, the candidates can download the admit card. The city intimation slips for those exams which are scheduled for later dates will be released later.

Steps to Download CUET City Intimation Slip

Here are the steps to download the city intimation slips. Candidates must visit the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in and click on the city intimation link on the homepage. After entering the application number and date of birth, the candidates must click on next. The city intimation slip will be displayed on the screen which can be downloaded and saved by the candidates for future use. Most importantly, the candidates must not treat the city intimation slip as the admit card as the NTA will release the admit cards at a later stage.

Postponing of CUET UG 2023 in some states

Recently, the NTA postponed the CUET UG 2023 that was to be held in Jammu and Kashmir. From May 26 onwards, the exam will now be conducted. In order to facilitate the needs of the students of Jammu and Kashmir, this move was taken. The possibility of creating temporary centres in Kashmir was being explored by the NTA. From Jammu and Kashmir, a total of 87,309 students registered for CUET UG 2023.

After the exam centres were allocated in different states, many students from Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand raised complaints. Therefore, the exams in Jammu and Kashmir have been rescheduled. However, in Jharkhand, some candidates have been allotted centres in a city in a neighbouring state. Such candidates can, thus, make their travel arrangements in advance as the city has been informed in advance through the city intimation slip.

Above all, keeping the law-and-order situation in mind, exams in Manipur will also be held from May 29 onwards. From Manipur, a total of 3697 candidates have registered. The city intimation slip contains critical information such as the date of the examination, the shift of the examination, chosen medium, subjects/ Test Papers and location of the examination.
