- A new travel portal is launched by Western Australia to help international students to enter the state under the International Student Travel Portal which serves as an important resource to offer information and support for the students.
- Students will be helped in searching and booking flights and to access important information like downloading G2G pass and gaining financial assistance from the government. Western Australia has started this initiative to welcome thousands of international students and ease their difficulties.
- Students who arrive before March 3 will be given a one-off payment of A$2000 to cover any quarantine related expenses. The borders of Western Australia will be reopened on March 3, 2022 for all the international students who wish to return.
