The Chief Minister of Assam informed that the admission process will be in online mode in the colleges and that every other government process will be online within the next three years. He also stated that construction of the model college, 2500 LP schools, hospitals and engineering colleges are underway.
The entrance exam for medical and engineering will take place in Assamese and the cabinet has taken measures to admit students to the Indian Army. The government is also investing a sum of Rs. 20 thousand crores as the capital amount for development work.
